Teresa Davenport

Teresa Davenport has been creating innovative and award-winning learning solutions for organizations around the globe.  Her ability to quickly analyze a client’s needs and think outside the box to create performance solutions has kept her in demand for over 15 years. 

Teresa has also developed a niche in workforce development, including job profiling, compensation and job restructuring for organizations, as well as working with top officials in the U.S. and Puerto Rico to develop a regional mindset poised to develop talent for coming generations.

When Teresa is not at her desk, she enjoys life on the farm in southeast Alabama with her husband of 22 years and her three young daughters. Teresa earned her M.S. in Instructional Systems Design from the University of South Alabama, and her B.S. in psychology and vocal performance from Troy University.

Gil Klevens

Gilbert Klevens, Jr. has over 30 years’ experience in the design, development, writing, management, and production of technical and non-technical training.  His special abilities include developing creative solutions to training needs, interpreting corporate needs in terms of specific training goals and objectives, translating technical material into readily understandable concepts and language, and working within given schedules and budgets. 

 

Gil has worked with many national and international companies in the development of e-learning, paper-based, and workshop training solutions (e.g., American Express, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, AT&T, Avon, CIGNA, Cox Communications, Merck, Procter & Gamble/Aventis, KPMG).  In the course of working in these varied industries, Gil has developed and exhibited considerable skill in conducting needs analyses and designing/writing training programs using a variety of strategies and media. 

 

When not engaged on a project, Gil enjoys travel, writing, and music.

Dave Scribner

Dave Scribner is an Information Designer with fourteen years' experience in developing effective business communications. Dave's specialty is creating the supporting visual framework for adult learning and professional development programs. His core strength is the ability to organize complex data sets, application procedures and business processes into visually arresting, easily digestible learning experiences that clearly communicate the instructional goals of the program. He provides clients with high quality design solutions that are both innovative and appropriate to the audience.

Dave enjoys a quiet family life with his wife of 16 years and their two sons. He volunteers as Committee Chairman of Cub Scout Pack 19, and when time allows, can be found fly-fishing on his beloved Pennsylvania mountain trout streams.

Chris Srini Vasan


Chris Vasan has been a communications strategist across industries for three decades. He is also an instructional designer and a producer and writer of marketing communications.

In the training arena, Chris helped create some of the first interactive video-based designs. Then, as a founder and partner of the Communications Development Services (CDS), he consulted internationally with corporations and economic development agencies. He has also produced and/or written over 30 videos for training and marketing.

In recent years, Chris has been helping organizations focus on how to tie internal and external communications - including training - more closely with mission and business strategy.

Pete Zakroff

Pete Zakroff has been designing and developing highly creative and “out-of-the box” training solutions for business, industrial, and educational clients for over 25 years.

Building on research skills gained as a journalist and supported by a strong foundation in adult learning principles, he has produced over 1000 successful learning interventions, each designed to meet specific customer’s goals and based on sound learning objectives.

Pete’s areas of expertise include: blended-learning approaches, educational games, e-learning modules, interactive instructor-led workshops, as well as CD-ROM-based training. He is also an accomplished audio and video scriptwriter and has published numerous articles on creative learning techniques.

Pete earned his B.S. in Journalism and an M.Ed. in Instructional Media from Temple University.
