INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER or PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a senior-level position

You will be responsible for

Working with clients to assess and clarify business needs

Recommending solutions... specifying scope and program design

Leading and supporting performance of design/development team

Evaluating effectiveness and impact of programs

Researching and exploring new training technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have experience across a wide range of activities, including

Needs analysis

Course design

Course development (e-learning tools, along with live workshops)

Course delivery

Program evaluation

Must have business acumen

Must evidence *outstanding* written and verbal communication skills

Must have high levels of computer skills, including MS-Office tools

Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
