INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER or PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is a senior-level position
• You will be responsible for
  • Working with clients to assess and clarify business needs
  • Recommending solutions... specifying scope and program design
  • Leading and supporting performance of design/development team
  • Evaluating effectiveness and impact of programs
  • Researching and exploring new training technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have experience across a wide range of activities, including
  • Needs analysis
  • Course design
  • Course development (e-learning tools, along with live workshops)
  • Course delivery
  • Program evaluation
• Must have business acumen
• Must evidence *outstanding* written and verbal communication skills
• Must have high levels of computer skills, including MS-Office tools
• Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
