Greg Gunther

Greg Gunther is the Founder and Managing Partner of Frogkick, Inc. He has recently led engagements for major client firms in the areas of sales strategy and business literacy, with particular strengths in the Financial Services and Information Technology industries.

Prior to forming Frogkick, Greg spent more than 20 years as President of Enhanced Communications, Inc. (and with ECI's acquirer, Raymond Karsan Associates).

Greg attended both UCLA and UC Berkeley as an undergraduate, and he earned a Master's degree in Communications Management from the Annenberg School of Communications at USC.

He has served as Treasurer of the Northern NJ chapter of ASTD and the Board of Trustees of the Newark Literacy Campaign.

Greg is a Californian at the core... and he craves interesting travel. He loves his family more than anything on earth... and they'll be the first to tell you that, "Dad loves his work!"

Catherine Baker

Catherine Baker is a Principal with Frogkick, Inc. She has more than 10+ years of experience in managing, designing, and developing performance improvement solutions that are tailored to address the unique needs of her clients. Her primary focus has been in leading assignments in the biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. 

Her portfolio includes training strategic consulting, medical curriculum planning, evaluation, and improvement; numerous product learning systems for top pharmaceutical and device brands; online and blended sales and marketing programs; and workshop design and facilitation.

Catherine attended Clarion University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus in Business Communications. Many years later, she returned to her Alma Mater and earned a Master’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Training and Development.

Prior to joining Frogkick, Catherine was the Director of Instructional Design for Maher & Maher, an organizational change and training firm serving broadband and government sectors.  Before that, she wore numerous hats at other healthcare consulting and training firms, including Account Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Project Manager, and Instructional Design Lead. Before pursuing her Master’s degree, Catherine worked for 6 years in the field of Corporate Communications.

Catherine is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development and serves as the chair of the NJ ASTD Sales Training Special Interest Group.

Along with her husband and son, Catherine enjoys spending time with family, and doing outdoor activities such as hiking and lounging at the beach.

Chris Bautista

Chris Bautista is a principal with Frogkick, Inc. He has served in a variety of roles over the past eight years with a primary focus on providing e-learning strategies and blended learning solutions for multiple product and sales training initiatives.

His experience includes managing, designing, and developing web-based and instructor-led training solutions as well as making recommendations on learning management systems, curriculum development and assessment tools, content development processes, content delivery schedules, and reporting systems.

Chris graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus in Public Relations. Before coming to Frogkick, Chris worked for Maher & Maher where he was the Director of Project/Product Development. During his years at Maher, Chris helped design the first online learning solution in the cable industry for Time Warner Cable, developed the broadband industries only comprehensive online sales program called AcSELLeration SeriesTM, and led the design and development teams in the creation of an online collaborative workspace called Workforce3One.org for the Employment and Training Administration (ETA).

While away from the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his two sons, working toward his black belt in United States Black Cat Kempo karate, and participating in any kind of outdoor activities.
